After CAMHS service, provides support to young people transitioning to or from Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) as a step-up or step-down service.

‘Me’ After Bereavement

Supporting bereaved individuals through, practical assistance, coping strategies, support groups and counselling, helping individuals and groups to navigate loss and begin healing.

Children in Care

Our services respond to the unique challenges care leavers face, providing social and emotional support. This includes promoting resilience and reducing stress, education, employment guidance, life skills training. Thus promoting independence and successful transitions.

‘Me’ After School Exclusion

We support excluded young people with tutoring, mental health services, social integration, behavioural support, career guidance, role modelling and family engagement.

Parents

We support parents by providing comprehensive educational guidance, community connections, crisis intervention, parenting workshops, and counselling services – designed to help manage challenges and strengthen family dynamics.

A pioneering series positioned on a continuum of care. A needs-led support for men, addressing hidden emotional struggles across a broad spectrum of experiences to complex challenges including domestic abuse.
