Group Work
At the heart of our methods of teaching is the idea that each individual within a group can reach their full potential, if the right support is given when they need it.
Our structured group work exposes the emotions in groups and enables our participants to see how they can withdraw or be pulled into anti-social behaviour. Our group work aim to increase self-confidence and empower young people with the skills to recognise negative thoughts and how these thoughts can transfer within individuals and groups.
They learn that negative thought can turn into an action and are taught how to capture that thought before it becomes an action thus learning to manage their behaviour through the safe group experience we offer them.
